"Refund was quick and easy"
I had to send back my order from thexstance.com because I guess I picked the wrong size or it just didn’t fit how I expected. I was sort of assuming the return might be a bit of a pain, but it was way easier than I thought.
The support team got back to me fast and gave me simple steps to follow. After they received the item, the refund showed up after a few days or so. Overall, it felt fair and not stressful at all.

"Worked in most of my shoes"
I tried the Xstance insoles in my running shoes first, then did my usual “if they fit there, they’ll probably fit anywhere” shortcut and popped them into a pair of casual sneakers too. They fit well in both and barely needed any trimming, which was a nice surprise.
The only catch was one older pair of shoes where they made things feel a little too snug, so I wouldn’t say they’re perfect for every shoe. But overall, I’m happy with them and would definitely keep using them

"I’ve been using this for a few..."
I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how much more stable I feel when I’m standing. My balance seems to have improved too, which I wasn’t sure would happen. It did take a little time to get used to, but overall I’m happy with it

Overall it fits fine, like the sizing is mostly right, but it is a bit snug in places. Not a huge deal, just don’t expect it to be super roomy...

"Keeps the smell down"
These have been solid for odor control. My socks don’t stink after wearing them all day, which is a big improvement over my old ones. My feet still get a little sweaty, but overall they’re way better

"My posture’s better now, so I’m waiting on my chair’s apology"
My posture has felt a bit better since I started using this, and I’m definitely not slouching as much at my desk. I didn’t expect a huge difference, but I’ve noticed it enough to be happy with it. At this point, my old desk setup kind of owes me an apology.

"Pretty solid arch support"
I picked these up because I needed better arch support, and they’ve actually helped quite a bit. It took a couple days for my feet to get used to them, but now long walks feel pretty much easier on my feet. They’re not perfect, but overall I’m happy with them.

I’ve been using these on my walks and they really do help. My feet don’t hurt as much now, especially after longer walks, which is such a relief. Just makes walking feel easier, really

"Decent material, but the answers I got were all over the place"
I ordered from thexstance.com and the material is okay, but not as soft or thick as I was expecting. It looks fine and I’ll still wear it, but for the price it feels average. I also got a bit annoyed because when I asked a couple questions, the answers seemed inconsistent, like one thing was said at first and then something different later. After one wash it held up alright, so it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed either.

"Surprisingly comfortable for daily wear"
I ordered from thexstance.com, and I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first because I wasn’t sure if they’d actually be as comfortable as they claimed. But after wearing them for a while, the comfort is solid. They feel soft, not too tight, and I can wear them for long hours without feeling annoyed.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the fabric felt a bit different at first, so it took me some time to get used to it. I kept wondering if it would bother me more later, but it really hasn’t been a big issue. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I don’t know why anyone would say it’s confusing, because I had no trouble finding what I needed. Everything was straightforward, and I was able to get around without overthinking it

"Holding up better than I expected"
I’ve been using the one I got from thexstance.com for a few months now, pretty much every day, and it’s doing better than I thought it would. I kind of figured I’d start seeing some cracks, loose parts, or at least a bit of wear by now, but it still feels really solid. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to last this well, so I’m happy with it.

"Good breathability for everyday use"
I picked these up for daily wear, and overall they’ve been comfortable. They breathe well enough that my feet aren’t getting nearly as sweaty after a long day, which is really what I was hoping for. Of course, they’re not magically going to stay cool in every situation, so they can still feel a little warm indoors sometimes. But for regular use, I’m happy with them.
